SNAP will be coming to Shear Elegance on Wednesday, July 10, 2013. It is a
low cost Spay and Neuter Assistance Program. It is MN SNAPs mission to end the
suffering and death of homeless animals due to pet overpopulation by providing
high-quality, affordable, and accessible spay and neuter services to Minnesota
